If you’re feeling off mentally or emotionally, it could be a sign that one or more of your chakras are blocked. Blocked chakras are generally attributed to an unhealthy lifestyle, physically and/or mentally. It could be anything from poor sleep, poor diet, lack of movement, to unhealthy relationships, constantly being around negative energy, or being in high-stress situations.

If you feel you have blocked chakras, you’ll need to take steps to unblock them. There are a lot of different ways to do this. Energy healing practices are typically used to effectively unblock chakras. Sound healing, acupuncture, reiki, mediation, and yoga are common practices used.
