Shari short
Shari Short is an RIAA-certified, multi‑platinum Singer‑Songwriter and Producer. She has collaborated with global superstars such as Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Rita Ora, Sofia Reyes, Anitta, Lauv, and Armin van Buuren, among others. A dynamic performer as well, Shari toured internationally as a background vocalist for Demi Lovato and currently fronts the indie/rock/alternative band 3 One Oh, based in Los Angeles. Her catalogue includes over 5,000 music placements, heard in global campaigns.
Shari previously served as the CEO of RMG -an independent music label and music company—where she was instrumental in artist development and A&R strategy. Under her leadership, RMG signed Michelle Williams of Destiny’s Child, further solidifying the label’s credibility in both mainstream and independent markets.
Matt Parad
Matt Parad is an LA and London-based producer and songwriter specializing in left-of-center indie soul and pop. His recent work includes producing and co-writing eight tracks on Tessa Violet’s MY GOD! alongside Bonnie McKee, and executive producing Selah Sue’s album Persona. A longtime collaborator of Will Joseph Cook, Matt produced three full albums with him, including the viral hit “Be Around Me,” as well as the Novella mixtape. He also produced Aloe Blacc’s “Grow Together” and “One Good Thing” from his most recent album.
Most recently, Matt produced Maiah Manser’s single “Feeling It All” and is producing the majority of her upcoming Nettwerk project. His broader credits include work with Tinashe, Years & Years, Nile Rodgers, Anderson .Paak, Mick Jenkins, Olivia O’Brien, and Nuela Charles. Additional recent releases include Maiah Manser’s Fourth Wall EP, Hayley Orrantia’s “Overthinking,” GUS’s “Heat Island Effect,” and a range of lofi projects released under various pseudonyms.
Kirsten Collins
Kirsten Collins is a multi-platinum singer-songwriter who believes music heals. Her work is rooted in joy, resilience, and empowerment, inviting people to remember their inherent worth. Canadian-born and Los Angeles–based, Kirsten uses music as a powerful tool for connection.
Her career spans iconic global stages including Crypto.com Arena and VidCon, alongside songwriting credits on chart-topping K-pop releases for artists including aespa and Yeji. Her impact has been recognized internationally, with features in Rolling Stone Korea and recognition from The Wall Street Journal, which named her an Innovator.
Beyond music, Kirsten is known for pushing creative boundaries. As the first music artist selected for the world’s first museum on the moon, she continues to reach beyond convention and toward the stars.
