In The Mix! is a dynamic music industry panel designed to nurture up-and-coming artists, songwriters and music producers with the knowledge and connections necessary to thrive in the competitive world of music. Through an in-depth Q&A session, attendees will gain a deeper understanding of artist development, publishing deals, record labels, music licensing and more, empowering them to make informed decisions and create meaningful connections within the industry.
Meet the Panelists:
Michael Zarin has been working in film and video game trailers since 2005 and has a passion for trying new things, staying ahead of the curve, and providing music and sound design content that meets the demands of high profile entertainment marketing. As a composer, Mike made his initial mark on the trailer landscape with his work on the critically acclaimed Inception teaser and was also a driving force behind the proliferation of trailerized hip-hop, having remixed Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, Wiz Khalifa, and Meek Mill.
Daciay Quenah has over over 12 years of advertising and creative strategy experience and a deep appreciation for the magic created when visuals meet the perfect song. Currently at Good Ear Music Supervision, her love of the craft has grown while working on ads for brands such as Google and Honda.
Meirav Savyon is a seasoned executive in the music industry, currently serving as the Head of Music Licensing at Baxter House Music. With over 15 years of experience, she previously held the role of Head of Creative Licensing at Milk & Honey Silo. Before that, she held roles at Sony Music Publishing and SONGS Music Publishing.

Her work has been nominated for a grammy, featured on the Billboard Chart for Emerging Artists, nominated for radio music awards, and appeared in film and television. She is the author of the book “Self-Care for The Creative,'' which discusses self-care strategies for people in creative communities and is the creator of “The Songwriter Series'' which offers mentorship from award-winning songwriters.
