Welcome to the “Self-Care for The Creative” blog! Here, I’ll be posting about all things self-care for creative empaths! This blog will feature anything from self-care techniques, to creative guidance, to mental wellness and mindset tips!

If you don’t already know, my name is Stefani Fryzel (aka DYLN) and I am an artist/songwriter, author, and speaker! I have spent two decades in the music industry as an artist, songwriter, and music producer. My work has been nominated for a grammy, featured on the Billboard Chart for Emerging Artists, nominated for radio music awards, and has appeared in film and television. 

I am the creator of “The Songwriter Series'' an online event that offers mentorship from award-winning songwriters. I am also the host of the upcoming podcast “Self-Care for The Creative,'' that discusses self-care strategies for people in creative communities. 

My new upcoming book, Self-Care for The Creative, is the survival guide that every artist didn’t know they needed to live empowered in a creative field. It’s a practical how-to-guide, full of self-care strategies and techniques for creatives, empaths and highly sensitive people who live outside-of-the-box lifestyles in music, art and entertainment. 

This book is the inspiration for this blog. The book itself is an influential tool for people needing extra mental support and guidance with creative abilities. Add the pointers and information from this blog on top of that, and readers will have undeniable insight to develop the skills to overcome any self-care or creative emergency.

My hope is to share advice that will help creatives, highly-sensitive people, or anyone else looking to improve themselves mentally and spiritually. My mission is to support people in order for them to thrive in their creative processes, while nurturing their mental health through self-care.
